After nearly 60 years of operation in Western Australia designing, building, partnering and developing property opportunities from Cowaramup in the South to Geraldton in the North, the Zorzi Group made a strategic decision to establish a dedicated commercial construction company that could leverage off the strength in the brand, network of clients and buying power of the group.

In February 2013 Mercedes Construction Pty Ltd was established. Through an already established network Mercedes Construction has quickly grown, increasing its turnover and standing in the commercial market.

The direction and future for Mercedes Construction is to remain a personal builder. Mercedes Construction aims to align itself with clients that have a need for a reliable, capable and financially secure builder. By remaining boutique and client focused we will be able to deliver an innovative product at a fair market rate within a timeframe that will be extremely hard to match.

We take the time to understand our clients business, therefore learning how we can further add value to their building projects. Our aim being to better streamline and deliver our service to you, making us an integral part of your expansion and development plans.

Our philosophy is centred on working within a team environment both internally and externally; with our staff and trades as well as with our clients and their architects and consultants. Our focus is to support all aspects of the project from start to finish.
