When dealing with Mercedes Construction, you are dealing with the builder and Director, plus an experienced team of Construction Staff.

We maintain a lean and yet highly qualified team including a Senior Estimator, Contracts Administrator and administration support. Being located with the Zorzi head office we also have the benefit of expertise from the Zorzi infrastructure which includes 9 state and national award winning builders and over 300 years of combined construction knowledge.

Adrian Gagiero (Managing Director)

Adrian has extensive experience in construction having worked in the industry for 33 years.  Starting as an Apprentice Carpenter he has worked his way up through the industry working in both commercial and residential sectors. During the past 25 years he has predominantly been in commercial construction working on projects with construction values to $25mill. In his position as either Site Manager or Construction Manager, Adrian has been the recipient of State and National Excellence in Construction Awards, ranging from refurbishment work, commercial construction and luxury apartment construction. From his hands on experience his knowledge of commercial building is what sets him apart from other Builders.

Sandro Venafro (Director)

Sandro has been with the Zorzi group in excess of 16 years. He is an experienced and professional Contracts Manager dealing with the luxury residential market.  Sandro’s extensive network and quality subcontractor contacts are valuable assets in delivering high quality construction. 

Declan Sloan (Estimator/Contracts Administrator)

Declan has been in the construction industry for 30 years.  After graduating with a HND in Building and Quantity Surveying from the University of Ulster (Ireland) he worked in the Caribbean, America and Europe with the past 7 years in Australia as a Project Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator and Estimator on commercial and industrial jobs up to $85million.  Declan’s solid experience, organisation and attention to detail in Contracts Administration and Estimating makes certain that projects are delivered on time and within budget. His professional approach assists with making the commercial building experience clear and concise for the client.

 Joshua Ravlich (Site Supervisor)

Josh graduated from Curtin University in 2010 and has been in the construction industry since 2008.  Having worked in the construction industry his entire career Josh has gained experience in the commercial and residential sectors.  He has experience in apartments, two story homes and small commercial jobs. He is a professional and efficient member of the team.

Lisa Gagiero (Finance and Administration Manager)

Lisa is a CPA with 25 years working in Accounting and Finance roles.  She has worked in many different sectors including banking, electricity and not for profit.  Her experience and organisation ensures that the day to day financial and administrative areas are covered in detail.

Jessica Baller (Cadet)

Jessica is currently studying Construction Management at Curtin University. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm in assisting the team ensures we have extra support during both the tendering and construction process.
