A combination of traditional and modern building methods were employed to build these creative 6 level 629m homes on small blocks of 168msq each. With the busy location and small block size the building of the 2 homes had a high level of project management, scheduling and logistics coordination. The exterior facade used were exposed aggregate precast panels where a tower crane was essential in being able to get the panels in place. The effect of the angles and style of panel are eye catching creating a dynamic feel. The homes were designed to maximise river and surrounding views and are a modern design with an eclectic mix of materials used throughout.
