Being located with the Zorzi head office we also have the benefit of expertise from the Zorzi infrastructure which includes state and national award winning builders and over 300 years of combined construction knowledge.
Adrian Gagiero (Managing Director)
Adrian has extensive experience in construction having worked in the industry for 35 years. Starting as an Apprentice Carpenter he has worked his way up through the industry working in both commercial and residential sectors. During the past 25 years he has predominantly been in commercial construction working on projects with construction values to $25mill. In his position as either Site Manager or Construction Manager, Adrian has been the recipient of State and National Excellence in Construction Awards, ranging from refurbishment work, commercial construction and luxury apartment construction. From his hands on experience his knowledge of commercial building is what sets him apart from other Builders.
Sandro Venafro (Director)
Sandro has been with the Zorzi group in excess of 18 years. He is an experienced and professional Contracts Manager dealing with the luxury residential market. Sandro’s extensive network and quality subcontractor contacts are valuable assets in delivering high quality construction.
Kate Marinovic (Pre Contracts Manager)
Kate has over 25 years building construction experience both locally and internationally. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of tendering, estimating, design and construct, project management and contract administration. Kate has a Bachelor of Engineering - Construction and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Building. Her professional approach is key in delivering accurate and timely information ot our new and existing clients.
Declan Sloan (Senior Contracts Administrator)
Declan has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. After graduating with a HND in Building and Quantity Surveying from the University of Ulster (Ireland) he worked in the Caribbean, America and Europe with the past 10 years in Australia as a Project Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator and Estimator on commercial and industrial jobs up to $85million. Declan’s solid experience, organisation and attention to detail in contracts administration and estimating makes certain that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Tristan Box (Project Manager)
Tristan is a Project Manager with over 16 years’ experience in the industry, commencing in New South Wales as a commercial contractor before moving back to Western Australia to complete a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, while continuing to work in the commercial construction industry. Tristan has been involved in the delivery of a multitude of projects including residential warehouse conversions, mixed use buildings, offices, and a number of successful as-built rated green star projects for private clients, local government, universities and councils including achieving industry recognition with AIB and MBW awards of excellence.
Madison Lane (Contracts Administrator)
Madison commenced work in the construction industry 9 years ago in Victoria. Madison has experience in many areas of construction, from high end luxury housing to working for industry body The Master Builders Associated of Western Australia and delivering a multitude of commercial projects across Victoria and Western Australia. Madison has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science Construction Management and Economics at Curtin University.
Paul Rowntree (Site Manager)
Paul is an experienced commercial Site Manager. Starting as a carpenter 35 years ago in the UK, Paul has progressed to well rounded Site Manger that has delivered numerous land mark projects in Western Australia over various sectors from aged care to hotels, for both large, mid tier and botique building companies.
Peter McClorey (Site Manager)
Peter is a second generation commercial Site Manager with over 20 years experience in the Western Australian building industry. Peter also has experience working as a contract administrator and has delivered many large multi residential, aged care and mixed use buildings.
Franky Widjaja (Management Accountant)
Franky started his accounting career with the Zorzi Group in 2016 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and progressed to the Management Accounting role with Mercedes Construction in 2020. Franky is an integral part of the team in overseeing the financial function of the company. Franky recently completed a Master of Taxation Law degree from Curtin University and in progress to complete the Chartered Accountant program.
